At TattooVisualizer, we specialize in creating custom, made-to-order tattoo designs tailored specifically for each customer. With hundreds of unique designs available, we do not stock any pre-made products— meaning all orders are technically custom and made specifically for you. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. We're here to help.

Refunds & Returns

Because all TattooVisualizer designs are digital products custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to offer a TattooVisualizer credit or refund in cases where:

• The digital product is defective or corrupted
• There was a technical error in delivery
• The product significantly differs from what was advertised

Please note that by purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once you begin downloading or streaming the content. Refunds or credits must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't accessed the digital content.

User Error

If the issue with the product results from user error—such as failure to follow the application instructions outlined in our Tattoo Application Guide—you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Proper application is critical for the best results, so please carefully follow all instructions provided.

Damaged or Defective Designs

If you receive a damaged or defective design, please contact us with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the design and defect

Our team will review your submission and offer a one-time replacement or TattooVisualizer credit if the issue is confirmed.

What is TattooVisualizer Credit?

TattooVisualizer credit is store credit you can use for future purchases on TattooVisualizer. The credit is represents the 1 tattoo generation, which is 2 tattoo designs.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

Email us at support@tattoovisualizer.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The designs and quantities you're inquiring about
• A brief description of the issue along with any photos you'd like to include

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 2 business days.

Additional Information

• This refund policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal for digital content.
• For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless you have explicitly agreed to begin accessing the digital content before the withdrawal period expires.
• Refunds will be processed in the original payment method when possible, within 14 days of the approved refund request.
• Refunds will not include original processing fees or taxes where applicable.
• TattooVisualizer reserves the right to refuse refund or credit requests if we detect policy abuse.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
